CRSU Admission 2026-27: The Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, commonly known as CSRU is a state university situated in the state of Haryana. The university offers admission to various UG, PG, and research level degree programmes with specialization in different fields of study. The registration form for CRSU Admission 2026-27 will be released by the university in the online as well as the offline mode. Candidates who wish to opt for admission to the courses offered by Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University must ensure to submit the online registration form by visiting the online application portal of the university.

Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University Eligibility Criteria for all courses:

For the PG course, the candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with a completion certificate.

Similarly, for PhD, candidates with a master’s degree from a recognized University are eligible for admission.

Courses offered by Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University:

The University offers various courses in PG and there are 13 teaching departments.

Under the M.A. course, the specializations are Mass Communication, Psychology, Economics, History, English, Music and Dance, Education, and Yoga science.

Likewise, the University offers M.Tech courses in Computer Engineering and M.Sc in Maths. 

There are few specializations in Research level programs. The University offers M.phil courses in Computer science, Commerce, Management, English, Yog Science.

Under the PhD program, there are 4 specializations namely Computer science, Management, English and Yog science.

Additionally, the University offers MCA, MCA(Lateral entry), M.com, MBA and B.P.E.D, M.P.E.D courses.

Duration of courses:

Candidates applying to this university should apply online.

• The M.Phil program comes with a duration of 2 Academic years
• Likewise, Postgraduation comes with 2 years of full time
• The doctoral program’s course duration is a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 5 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

UG and PG admission:

The Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University provides a number of courses with different specializations under the UG and PG programs. You have to pass the class 12 th examination and bachelor’s degree examination with minimum requirements to get admission in UG and Pg programs respectively. The requirement for subjects for each course is different. 

Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University Admission process:

The detailed admission process for each course can be downloaded from the official website of the University. However, candidates willing to apply for the courses offered by the University should visit the official website.

Online, candidates can download the application form and fill in all the details. Later, candidates should fill in all the required details and submit them online. There is a payment fee that needs to be paid online. 

And for some courses, it can be done through a demand draft. The selection criteria depend on the All India Entrance Exam and are followed by Counselling. Further, the candidate’s academic scores are also considered.

Steps for Admission:

Candidates must follow the following steps when applying for admission:

Step 1: Candidates are required to fill the Application Form through the University website i.e. www.crsu.ac.in

Step 2: Then, candidates need to print out the online application form and has to submit the hard copy in the respective college at the time of admission.

Step 3: Check the name in the merit lists i.e. displayed as per schedule in respective college.

Step 4: If, the name is there in merit list then contact to the respective college on the scheduled dates of counselling round with necessary documents along with specific fees of the Course.

Step 5: Candidates need to get their documents verified by the Admission Committee of their respective college and collect the fee slip.

Application Fee:-

For PG Courses: The application fee will be Rs. 500 for the General category and the same will be Rs. 125 for SC/PWD candidates for Haryana.

For UG Courses:- Rs. 500 will be the application fee for General category candidates and Rs. 250 for Backward classes.

Rs. 125 for SC/PH/ Visually Handicapped will be required to fill out the form.

Entrance Examination

Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University offers admission in different courses on the basis of scores in entrance examination. Below are the some exams that are required for particular course:-

• To get admission in the BPed and MPed program, students need to appear for PET (Physical Efficiency Test).
• To get admission in MBA Course, students need to appear for national competitive exams such as CAT, MAT etc.
• Students who had appeared for CSIR-NET or UGC-NET and had qualified then they can get admission in Ph.D. course.
