Chanakya National law University Fees Structure 2024-25

Chanakya National Law University is a public law school and national law university located in Patna, Bihar, India. It offers different programmes such as Under Graduate Programmes, Post Graduate Programmes and Research Programmes. The University has pescribed different eligibility criteria for all these programmes. University expects that students had gone through the criteria before applying for the admissions. In 2006, Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) was created. It provides admission to various law specializations such as BBA LLB and BA LLB, LLB and LLM for undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees.

Chanakya National Law University Fee Structure 2024-25

Candidates taking an admission in under graduate courses has to pay Rs 7500 as the fees for application for that is non refundable whereas candidates taking an admission in post graduate courses had to pay the entrance examination fee i.e. Rs 2500 for general category and Rs 2000 for SC or ST Category. The entrance examination fee cannot be refunded. The Chanakya National Law University joins the government of Bihar in providing students with scholarships to help improve their educational journey with less economic constraints. Bihar’s government has scholarships for students in the Economically Weaker portion of the Quota group.

Students had to submit the library deposit fee i.e. Rs 5000 and hostel deposit fee i.e. Rs 10000. This library and hostel deposit fee is refundable. Candidates who takes admission through CLAT had to pay a total amount of Rs 2,06,000 and foreign candidates had to pay a total amount of Rs 3,74,000 at the time of admission.

Hostel accommodation is optional and the local students will be allotted seats according to the vacancy of seats in the hostel.
