• Several scholarships programs run by the Chhattisgarh government which is mainly divided into three types. 
• The candidates who belong to the reservation category only can get the benefit of these scholarship programs. Such as ST,SC,OBC.
• The time duration for applying for this scholarship is in the months of Aug to Oct. 
• The annual income of the candidate’s family should not be more than 2 lac or else the candidate should not become eligible for the scholarship programme.

Candidate pursuing 9^th, 10^th, 11^th, and 12th, graduate and postgraduate can apply for the scheme. 

Chhattisgarh Scholarship is a program which helps the Meritorious and Encourage the poor and economically weaker students for SC/ST/General/ OBC Category/ Minority Category of Accredited Educational Institution / University. The scholarship program is conducted by the Social Welfare Department of Chhattisgarh. The candidates must go through the instructions carefully and follows them.

To date INR 12.42 crore has been utilized on more than 87,000 students.

The updated version of CG Scholarship Portal has included various features in the website through which people can analyze the statistics of the portal. CG SCHOLARSHIP 2025-26 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The Chattisgarh Scholarship aims at offering the essential financial aid to the students who are unable to proceed with their higher studies because of poor financial background. For such students, the Chattisgarh government offers the scholarship to aid their studies. However, in order to be chosen for CG Scholarship 2025-26, the candidates are required to fulfil certain basic eligibility criteria which are set by the government.

CG SCHOLARSHIP – STUDENT ID 

For the first time users, it is mandatory to make a student Id. 

Step 1   Fill all the basic details correctly.

 This includes your name, aadhar no , father name , mother name, date of birth , religion and category. 

Step 2   Click submit 

Step 3   You will receive user Id and password 

This id will act as you student ID.

Note – All the information regarding the scholarship are sent your registered mobile number.

Procedure to renew the CG Scholarship Scheme :

The students have to visit the official website i.e., http://mpsc.mp.nic.in/cgpms/Default.aspx.

Click on the login from the drop menu displaying the application.

Registration ID and password are used in login.

A new web page will be open on your screen and click on the renew application. 

You have to enter the required details. 

You have to upload scanned documents and passport-size photographs. 

Click on the preview of the application form link to make corrections to your application form. 

Now click on the submit button. 

Procedure for Tracking CG Scholarship Status 2025

You have to visit the official website of the university i.e., http://mpsc.mp.nic.in/cgpms/Default.aspx.

You have to click on the option of track application from the dropdown menu. 

A new web page will open in front of you. 

Now you have to select the academic year and application ID. 

After clicking on the search button, the status of your application is open on your screen. 

Chattisgarh Scholarship 2025-26 Application Process

• First you should go to the official portal. Now a home page will be open then.
• Click on Log in and enter User Id and Password.
• Now you can log in on the portal.

The candidate must remember the login ID and the password. Every time you want to view the application status, edit or apply for other scholarships, you will need to log in. If you forget the password, you can click on “Forget password” and set a new password by following simple procedures.
