Central University Of Andhra Pradesh is a 47th central university established in 2019 and located in Anantapuramu district , Andhra Pradesh, India .The motto of this university is Education gives humility ( Vidhya Dadati Vinayam in sanskrit ). Prof Appa Rao Podile is the chairman of this university . This university is affiliated by University Grants Commission (UGC) . The University of Hyderabad (UoH) is appointed as Mentor University of Central University Of Andhra Pradesh ( CUAP) . JNT University, Anantapur and IT Business Incubation Centre has been used as Transit Campus to the CUAP and after completion of its own buildings it will be moved on its own campus.

Course offered by all the above mentioned schools would be semester wise as two semesters in one academic year . To get admission in CUAP applicant should qualify CUCET (conducted once in a year across various cities in India ) . Applicants must qualify 10+2 exam from recognized board for applying in bachelor’s programme and must qualify bachelors programme from recognized university for applying in post graduation programme.
