Capital University Eligibility Criteria for Admission

The candidates have to fill the form for both undergraduate and post graduate courses from the official website of the university www.capitaluniversity.edu.in and may apply online and offline as per convenience. The complete information regarding using the procedure, schedule dates, and other necessary details are given on the official website. A candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized university for admission in Undergraduate Courses. However, for PG courses, must have a graduate degree in the relevant subject. Admission will be based on first come first serve basis.

Ph.D. Programs:

Candidates who want to contribute to their knowledge in their subject by completing a thesis then this program is made for them. It is the highest degree and is available in all subjects. Capital University Online Application Form 2026

Candidates who are interested in gaining admission to this university must first go to the institution’s official website to submit their applications online, verify their email addresses, and register themselves. Follow the instructions step by step, and fill out the form accordingly. To submit the form, you will need to enter your Prospectus id and your prospectus key.

Download the application form, fill it out, and send it to the Registrar’s office at Chitragupt Nagar, Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand, India. This will allow you to apply via the offline method.

Admission Procedure

The admission procedure for undergraduate courses requires following steps:-

1. Obtain a prospectus

The prospectus is available at the University’s office located in Chitragupt Nagar, Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand, India. The prospectus are free of cost here.

2. Apply

3. Take Admission

Admission will be granted on a first-come, first, serve basis. The selected candidates will lose their seats if they don’t deposit the fee on time. 

4. Pay fees

The selected students must pay a fee to secure their seats. Otherwise, the selection will be cancelled, and some other students will get a chance to gain admission. After Fee submission, the copy of fee receipt with UTR no, deposit date, and Bank Branch name must be furnished to complete the procedure.

Entrance Test

Freshmen applicants (domestic/international) need not submit an essay or recommendation letters to complete the application process

CU encourages international applicants to submit ACT or SAT scores for enhancing their chances to be considered for financial aid

Work experience is taken into consideration for MBA applicants with no GMAT score

No separate application is required for scholarships

Interview is only taken for MBA students and they have minimum work experience of 3 years.

The minimum composite score required for SAT is 1110 and for ACT is 22
