Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, in Sabour Bhagalpur, Bihar, is a state university. It was founded within the framework of the Indian Agricultural Research Council in 2010. (ICAR). The admission to the university is based on Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam. This is conducted by the government of Bihar every year for admission to 85% of the seats. And for the remaining 15%, students will be selected on the basis of All India Entrance Examination conducted by the ICAR.
A student should have passed 10+2 having mandatory subjects, Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture from a recognized Board.
The fees for B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) course at Bihar Agricultural University is Rs. 13000 per year. The duration of this course will be 3 years. Candidates must have passed class 12th from any recognised board. The fees for M.Sc. (Masters of Science) course is Rs. 11620 per year.

Once the application is verified and approved by the University, the student has to pay the Academic fees either by Cash, Cheque, or Demand drafts or by online methods.
The application fee has to be paid in online mode only via net banking, debit card, credit card, etc. The University does not accept any payment by cash, cheques, postal and money order
