Bhattadev University provides various courses such as BA, B.Com, and B.Sc. for a duration of three years at the undergraduate level. On June 24, 2019, Bhattadev University, Bajali, became a reality, fulfilling a long-held ambition of the residents of the larger Bajali Sub-Division. The former Bajali College, which had an illustrious history spanning more than six decades and was generally regarded as one of the leading educational institutions in the state of Assam, was renovated to become the University. The Bhattadev University Act, 2017, which received the Governor of Assam’s approval on October 16, 2017, founded the university.

The university offers various programs under the UGC’s by the Choices Based Credit System (CBCS) with a newly developed syllabus based on UGC’s guidelines.
