Bharathidasan University was established in February 1982, located in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. It has 4 faculties, 16 schools, 37 departments, and 29 specialized research centers. There are 151 programs offering including 40 PG, 19 PG DiploMA, 31 M.Phil, 33 Ph.D. 11 Diploma and 10 certificate.

The candidates are requested to upload the recommended size. There are three campuses at Bharathidasan University: Palkalaiperur Campus, Khajamalai Campus, and the BIM campus. In the university departments, Bharathidasan University offers separate UG, PG, doctoral, and distance education programs. Students may apply for admission to regular and distance programs at Affiliated universities, model colleges, and PG Extension Centers. Students can complete Bharathidasan University process online, by post or by hand. Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable in their field. The course curriculum is relevant.
The courses offered i.e. BA, MA, MPA, MSW, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Lib.Sc, M.Tech, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, and B.Voc. The candidates have to pay the application fee online using anyone of the payment gateways (SBI / Axis Bank / Indian Overseas Bank / HDFC Bank). If the candidate is applying for more than one program, the application fee has to paid separately for each program.
