Firstly, candidate must read the brochure carefully.
Secondly fill the admission form with proper details. Upload related documents, passport size photograph and signature as per given dimensions.
It is important to note that, candidates should check the “important date section” for:
- Availability of admission booklet
- Last date of application
Thirdly, after filling the form, payment has to be made either through DD or online payment
This is to point out that, the fees is Rs.1000 for general candidate
On the other hand, fees is Rs.500 for SC/ST/PD/Females Candidates.
It is important to note that, DD has to be drawn in favor of ‘Registrar, BGU’.
This is to point out that DD is payable at “kotdwar”, to The Admission manager Bhagwant Global University, Kotdwar, Uttarakhand.
Then, after the application form is received by BGU, email will be sent to candidates.
Ph.D. Course Admission Bhagwant Global University:
BGU started Ph.D. courses in the year 2009. This is to point out that, BGU also provides fellowship for Ph.D. ranging from 12k to 20k.
In particular, candidates will be required to undergo a course work of a total of 12 credits.
On the other hand, Candidates must complete, course work within the first six months of admission.

Bhagwant Global University Admission procedure
This is to point out that, BGU announces admission in media and or on the website.
In fact, candidates, want to apply for Ph.D. must follow the format.
It is most important to note that, entrance exam will be held after applications has been received, only for selected candidates.
Then, the entrance exam will be followed by an Interview.
In general, interview committee consists of the Director, Doctoral Studies & Research, Dean of the faculty concerned, Head of the Department(s) and a domain expert.
In particular, weightage is given on:
- Academic Record: 30% | Admission
- Entrance Test: 35% | Process
- Research Plan Interview: 35%
Then, after admission, the candidate has to prepare research plan, which has weightage of 35%.
It is important to note that, the candidate who does not have at least 40% in written test, 40% in interview and 50% .in the aggregate will not be considered for Registration.
On the other hand, candidates who have passed the National Level Test like UGC/CSIR(JRF) exam/ NET / SLET / GATE/teacher fellowship, M.Phil, etc or its equivalent shall be exempted from entrance exam.
Finally, admission will be complete after the payment is made. Then, the committee shall assign guide for each selected candidates.
