Online Application Form 2026
You can apply online by going to the official website, verifying your email address, and registering yourself. Follow the instructions step by step, and fill out the form accordingly. To submit the form, you will need to enter your Prospectus id and your prospectus key. After submitting the form, you will need to pay the application cost online using one of the many online payment options available, such as a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

UG admission
Assam Don Bosco University offers many courses like BCA, BA, B.Com., and many more courses under UG courses with different specializations. Students need to qualify in the exams of secondary classes. For UG admission, preferably entrance exam is not required. Direct admission takes place. The only criteria are that the percentage in the 12th standard should be good and above 50%.

The admission procedure for BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Tech, and BA requires 4 simple steps
1. Obtain a Prospectus
The prospectus is available at the university’s office of each campus (Tapesia Campus, Azara Campus, and Kharguli Campus), at the Don Bosco Youth Centre, and online. The prospectus costs around Rs. 600. Candidates can get the prospectus at any campus according to their choices.
2. Apply
Apply online or offline following step-wise instructions given at www.dbuniversity.ac.in/a. Please click on the link of “New Registration” and fill the correct details of e-mail id and mobile number. Fill all the academic details.
3. Take Admission
Admission will be granted on a first-come, first, serve basis. The selected candidates will lose their seats if they don’t deposit the fee on time.
4. Pay Fees
Assam Don Bosco University Fee Structure: The selected students must pay a fee to secure their seats. Selected candidates are required to submit the non-refundable fee at the University’s office before 5 pm. Otherwise, the selection will be canceled, and some other students will get a chance to gain admission. After Fee submission, a copy of the fee receipt with the UTR number, deposit date, and Bank Branch name must be furnished to complete the procedure.

Entrance Test
Only B.Tech (REGULAR) and B.Tech (lateral entry) require entrance tests. B.Tech(regular) students must pass JEE or state entrance test to get a seat at the University. The analysis is majorly based on Physics, chemistry, and Mathematics. This test is conducted at the Tapesia Campus, Azara Campus, and Don Bosco Youth Centre in Shillong.
B.Tech (Latera entry) candidates must pass Don Bosco University Official Entrance Test to get a seat. This test has a significant portion of Mathematics, Computer Science, and English. This test is only conducted at Azara Campus, followed by the interview on the same day. This whole procedure requires almost 6 hours.
