ARGUCOM Schedule of Admission Events 

Candidates must take a note of all the important events related to admission. This can avoid any missing guidelines. However, the university releases the calendar of events on the official website. Moreover, we recommend students follow this timeline very strictly. The university will not consider any individual or group request for an extension. 

• Commencement of application forms – Third Week of April’ 2026
• Last date of form submission – Second Week of May’ 2026
• Admit Card releasing date – Fourth Week of May’ 2026
• Entrance exam date – Third Week of June’ 2026
• Result & Counseling procedure – Second Week of July’ 2026

UG Admission 

Various types of courses are there in this ARGUCOM University under UG level. Factors that are considered for the admission in these courses are that candidates must have completed their 12th class and must have scored minimum 50% of marks. Selection in these courses completely depends on the basis of merits. 

PG Admission

Different courses like MBA, MCA, M.Com and many more are there in the ARGUCOM University. Selection in these courses are done through the specific entrance examination. Also, candidates must be a graduate and must have scored at least 50% of marks in their graduation.

ARGUCOM Admission Eligibility Criteria 

Interested students must ensure eligibility while applying for the university. Also, The university can reject the applications for non-eligible candidates. Furthermore, it is essential to check the eligibility criteria before applying to avoid any last-minute changes. Every course has different eligibility criteria. The merit of national level exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA must be in consideration.

• For UG Courses – XII with qualifying marks is mandatory.
• Additionally, For PG Courses – Graduation degree with 50% marks and qualifying score in an entrance test. (State or National Level)

Ph.D. Admission Procedure 2026

Candidates who are seeking admission in Ph.D. programs must have a PG degree in the relevant subject. Admission will be done on the basis of an entrance test conducted by the university. Those who passed NET/SLET/GATE are exempted from the entrance test but they have to passed the interview

Students after checking the eligibility can now fill the application form for the university. The application form is available on the official website of the university. The candidate can download the form and fill the hard copy of the same. Additionally, the filled form must be submitted by the candidate with relevant documents. Exam pattern and preparation tips:

• The university provides 2 hours for solving the question paper. 
• As per rules and regulations, the university does not provide any extra time for writing the question paper. 
• The university prepares the question paper in the MCQ format. 
• An entrance examination for BBA will be for 100 marks and duration is 2 hours. 
• An entrance examination for a certificate course will be for 120 marks and duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. 
• An entrance examination for postgraduate diploma courses will be for 150 marks and duration is 3 hours. 

Final Seat Allotment and Result

Finally, The university notifies students about their selection through mail/ SMS/ call/ WhatsApp, etc. Subsequently, the university will release the result over the website also which will help students to access the result. Finally, the selected candidates must reach the university campus for the admission process for the payment. The provisional seat letter will be given to students for future references.

Counseling

Students do not get admission if they did not attend the counseling process. A particular date is given to the candidates and it is mandatory for the candidates to attend the counseling process on that particular date. They need to attend the counseling only after their name is mentioned in the merit list. Students are given colleges according to their marks obtained in the examination. At the time of counseling, students need to carry their documents such as transfer certificate, marksheet of class 10th and 12th and so on for the verification. 

Merit List

Merit List is prepared once the results are out. Merit list helps the university to make its work easier as it consists of the names of students that are shortlisted for the counseling process.
