AP Sand Booking: SSMMS From Online Registration to tracking your order

SSMMS: Due to the initiative of Andhra Pradesh Mineral development Cooperation the users of the sand sale monitoring and management can buy even sand digitally. The only requirement is for the users to register on this AP Sand Booking portal which is a very simple step by step procedure. The first step as explained formerly is to register and in order to get a better understanding, read this article thoroughly. TS Sand Booking (SSMMS): Registration & Track Sand Order follow the procedure mentioned below.

To login oneself a bulk or even general consumer, here are a few steps;

Bulk consumer

1. Once the official page opens, click on the “Add order” option.
2. Select on the Type of work and then Enter on the Work order/ Plan approval number, Type of construction, Enter the certified sand quantity Enter Size of construction and Other information
3. Upload your certificate as well as the supporting document.
4. Enter your Name and Select District, GP/ Ward, Address, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, and Pin code.
5. Press the “SUBMIT” option and your bulk order registration would be successful.
6. Now you have to wait for the approval of the department. Visit the site again and log in to it. If you find the order status has changed to “Approval” 
7. After that you need to make your payment for which click on the “Bulk order reference No” option.
8. Click on the “payment” option after you have checked the displayed detail.
9. Press the “online payment” option and the Payment method options will appear.
10. Enter your required details and click on the Payment option.

SSMMS: Bulk Consumer Registration

In order to register oneself as a Bulk Consumer, one needs to visit Andhra Pradesh’s Mineral Development Corporation Limited’s official website. 

Once you reach their official page, click on the registration option which would be  given in the menu bar.

From there, just click on the “Bulk Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list.

1. Enter your mobile number at first and then press the  “Send OTP” option.
2. After entering the OTP sent on your mobile phone click on the submit option.
3. Then, enter the “GST No.” and click on the “Get GST details” option through which the registered address will display on the scree, such as the Trade name (As per GST), Name of the company (As per GST), Address (As per GST) and Mobile number (As per GST)
4. Once done you need to enter your residential address which is inclusive of your Name, District, Pin code, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Grama panchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, and Mail Id.
5. Click on the option that says “Next” and tick the checkbox.
6. Press the “register” option and then proceed to order the required sand.

General Consumer

1. Click on the “Send Order” option and new fields will be displayed.
2. Select the Type of construction, Type of work, Present required sand quantity Present required sand quantity and Size of construction.
3. After that enter a first name, delivery address, Mandal/ Municipality, GP/ Ward, Address District, Rural/ Urban as well as the Pin code.
4. Choose and select the Stockyard District, afterwards the Available quantity, Stockyard name, Sand price and Sand price details
5. Click on the “Continue payment” option and click on “Online payment” to proceed.
6. Now, Two payment methods will be displayed that are, “SBI” and “PAYU”.
7. Choose your preferred option and Enter the asked details. Then click on the “Pay now” option to make the payment.

General Consumer Registration

At first, one needs to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation to register.

Once the main page opens, click on the registration option given in the menu section. After that, press the “General Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list.

1. Enter your mobile number at first and then press the  “Send OTP” option.
2. After entering the OTP sent on your mobile phone click on the submit option.
3. Then enter your Aadhaar number and submit that as well.
4. Once done you need to enter your residential address which is inclusive of your Name, District, Pin code, Rural/ Urban, Mandal/ Municipality, Grama panchayat/ Ward, Address/Door no, Landmark/Street name, and Mail Id
5. Click on the option that says “Next” and tick the checkbox.
6. Press the “register” option and then proceed to order the required sand.

2. Once the page opens, you need to go to the Booking option which would given in the menu bar.
3. From there, press on the “Online Sand Booking” option from the drop-down list.
4. Login to this site by entering your “Mobile No” and clicking on the “Send OTP” option.
5. Enter the OTP and click the submit option to proceed buying the required sand.

Procedure to Track the APMDC Sand Order

1. In order to book the required sand or track your order, you need to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited.
2. Once the page opens, you need to go to the Booking option which would be given in the menu bar.
3. After that click on “Track Your Order” option, from the drop-down list.
4. Then Login to the site by entering your “Mobile No” and clicking on thaw “Send OTP” option.
5. Enter the OTP that appears on your phone and click on the submit option.
6. Go to the ‘My booking’ option and check the status.

FAQs

Q)I am not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile number, what could be the reason behind it?

A)The OTP is always sent to the registered mobile number. However, if the number is no longer in use, the current number needs to be updated on the Aadhar card.

Q) What can I do if I forget my user password?

A)In such cases, you need to click on the “Forgot Password” button and a link will be sent to your mobile number or registered email address. The password can be changed after that.
