IGNOU is one of the largest Open Universities in the World which provides admission to various courses. There are approximately 4 million students studying in this University. It has been declared as the largest Institution for higher education by UNESCO. It has been accredited with A++ grade by NAAC and have been approved by UGC. The admissions are taken in the form of 2 cycles conducted in the months of January and July. The admissions for the month of January are open and for the July session, the admissions have already been done as of now.
