The Regional Centre of Ahmedabad was established in 1988. Started with few Study Centres, today there are Sixty Study Centres, Special Study Centres, and Programme Study Centres catering to the educational needs of different groups across the Gujarat State. This IGNOU Ahmedabad regional centre is in collaboration with BAOU known as the state open university which leads it to unique from others. Ahmedabad regional centre also celebrated its silver jubilee in the year 2012. As well it conducts two parallel international conferences in the year 2017. Dr P.K Mehta is known as the founder and regional director of IGNOU Ahemdabad.
Candidates who don’t study maths in class 12th and those students who want to register themselves need to complete MTE-03 before registration for the 3rd semester in the BCA program. Candidates who took admission to the degree courses can also be enrolled on other pursuing certificate courses.

IGNOU Ahmedabad Admission Process
Candidates can apply through the online mode of applying for admission into the IGNIU university as well they can select their regional centre as Ahemdabad from theirs. If a candidate wants to take admitted into the Ahmedabad regional centre then they must clear their 12 academics for admission to the UG course.
