The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has established its 3rd Regional Centre in the State of Andhra Pradesh at Visakhapatnam. IGNOU Vishakhapatnam was established in the year 2011 to focus on areas of enhancing education in areas of Vishakhapatnam.
