Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha Admission 2024: Admission to all UG and PG courses at Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha in 2024 will be based on the merit of the student, taking into account their qualifying exam results and personal interview. The university also conducts entrance tests for admission to B.Ed, M.Ed, and Ph.D. programs.

• Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha (RSV) is a Deemed University.

UG admission

You should pass your secondary examination and PI. The Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth provides various UG courses such as BA, BSc, and so on. It also provides admission on the basis of merit list in BSc course. 

PG Admission

You need to meet the eligibility criteria of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth to get admission to the PG courses. It provides admission in MEd courses on the basis of the CSAET exam. The university provides admission in B.Ed. courses on the basis of the CSET exam. The RSV also provides admission to MSc courses on the basis of merit and PI. RSV Admission Eligibility Criteria

• 10 + 2 from a recognized board for UG courses
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized board for PG courses
• This is to point out that, relaxation of 5% marks to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates
• The reservation policy of Govt. of India will be followed
• It is most important to note that, admission to these courses is based on the overall merit of the student.
• It is followed by a Personal Interview.
• This is to point out that, the minimum age limit for the entrance test must be at least 22 years as of 01 Oct.

The university reserves the seat as per the guidelines of the government which is given below:

• The university reserves 15 percent seats for the students who belong to the scheduled caste category. 
• The university reserves 7.5 percent seats for the students who belong to the scheduled tribe category. 
• The university reserves 3 percent seats for the students who belong to the otherwise able or blind category. 
• The university reserves 3 percent seats for the students who are children and widows of Armed Force Personnel Disabled or killed during war or hostilities.
• The university reserves 2 percent seats for the students who belong to the sportsmen category.

• Then, candidates will have to create a User ID and Password.

• It is most important to note that, the online Application Fee is Rs.1000/-

General Admission Rules

• Candidates seeking admission should be filled the application form by own handwriting. The declaration column must be signed by the candidate and his/her parents or guardians.
• Candidates must enclose required documents along with the application form which will be duly attested by the Gazzatted Officer.
• Incomplete application will be rejected.

counseling

The selected candidates can join the counseling process. The allotment letter is provided to the students for admission after the counseling process. Candidates are called for counseling after the merit list.

Merit list

The result is displayed by Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth on the official website. The list contains the name of the student, category, gender, roll number, division, etc. For further admission you take print out of this merit list.
